Whats included in the Day

Somatic Movement

Somatic movement is a gentle, body-led practice that invites you to slow down and listen inward. Rather than focusing on how a movement looks, somatics explores how it feels from the inside.

Through slow, mindful, and often subtle movements, we bring awareness to patterns of tension, holding, and habit. This process supports the nervous system, improves mobility, and restores a sense of ease and connection in the body.

Sessions typically involve:

  • Slow, guided movement
  • Breath awareness
  • Rest and integration
  • Deep internal listening

Movements are small, intentional, and adaptable for all bodies. There is no performance, no pushing, and no “right” way to do it. The emphasis is on sensation, curiosity, and self-awareness.

Somatic movement can help:

  • Release chronic tension
  • Improve posture and coordination
  • Support nervous system regulation
  • Reduce stress and fatigue
  • Deepen embodiment and presence

This work is suitable for anyone seeking a more compassionate relationship with their body — whether you are recovering from stress or injury, exploring therapeutic support, or simply wanting to move with greater ease.

At its core, somatic practice is about returning home to yourself.

Gentle Yoga


Gentle Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that allows time for the body to soften and for deeper connective tissues — such as fascia, ligaments, and joints — to gently respond.

Rather than engaging muscles strongly, the gentle yoga  encourages relaxation, stillness, and awareness of sensation. The practice supports flexibility, joint mobility, and nervous system regulation, while also cultivating patience and mindfulness.

Yoga offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in a quiet and nourishing way.

Cacao Ceremony

A cacao ceremony is a gentle, heart-centred gathering that invites connection — to yourself, to others, and to intention. Using ceremonial-grade cacao as a supportive plant ally, this practice creates space to slow down, soften, and listen inward.

Cacao is traditionally used to open the heart and deepen awareness. In ceremony, it is sipped mindfully alongside guided meditation, reflection, breathwork, or sharing. The experience is less about doing and more about being — cultivating presence, clarity, and emotional connection.

Each ceremony offers a warm, grounding space to set intentions, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Enjoy lunch at the award winning Fleece in, conveniently situated right next to our venue, just a short walk through the Manors beautiful grounds.

Lunch is included within the price of the day.

Intention setting

Setting an intention while planting a seed is the quiet practice of aligning your thoughts, emotions, and hopes with the act of placing new life into the soil. As you press the seed into the earth, you consciously choose a quality—such as patience, abundance, healing, clarity, or gratitude—and hold it in your awareness. The seed becomes a living symbol of that intention. Just as it needs sunlight, water, and time to grow, your intention also requires care, trust, and consistent nurturing.

The significance of this practice lies in its symbolism and mindfulness. Planting a seed reminds us that growth begins invisibly, beneath the surface. It teaches patience, faith in unseen processes, and partnership with nature’s cycles. By setting an intention, you transform a simple gardening act into a ritual of purpose—rooting your aspirations in something tangible. Over time, as the plant emerges and flourishes, it serves as a living reminder of the intention you planted, reinforcing your commitment to personal growth and conscious living.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of conscious rest — a space between waking and sleeping where deep restoration can occur. Practiced lying down in comfort, the body softens while awareness gently remains.

Accompanied by the resonant tones of crystal alchemy singing bowls, the experience becomes even more immersive. The layered vibrations of sound help soothe the nervous system, quiet mental activity, and support the body in releasing tension held beneath the surface.

This combination of guided awareness and therapeutic sound creates a deeply nourishing journey — offering profound rest, emotional balance, and a return to inner calm.
