At Healing on the Hill, each session is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time set aside for your healing session, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged the full session fee.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment can begin on time.
• The full session fee will still apply.

When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it is often too late for us to offer the slot to someone else who may be in need of support. This policy ensures we can continue to provide high-quality, consistent care to all our clients.
